Chettinadu Mansion – An Authentic Heritage Palace

Rooms were all very well maintained. Certainly recommend it to others. Staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the cycling around streets of Chettinad and bullock cart ride

Swimming pool was in a different campus otherwise nothing to complaint

Great stay and hospitality at The Chettinad Mansion. The rooms were super clean and tidy. Food and service were really good. Gopakumar was super helpful and a great host.

Was wel oké, niet bijzonder voor de prijs die we betaalden. Het diner op de binnenplaats was romantisch met allemaal lichtjes.

Je n'ai déjeuné qu'une fois car malade après, alors que je n'ai rien eu en Inde pendant presque 3 semaines. Le service étant impéccable, j'ai regretté de ne pas diner dans la cour intérieure

Hébergement récent, très spacieux et agréable

Les problèmes qui ont suivi ma réservation car changement de lieu suite à des travaux à l'adresse initiale. On m'avait prévenue de ce changement avant mon arrivée et on m'avait affirmé qu'ils géraient la modification, j'ai donc accepté. Mais peu de temps après, j'ai été harcelée en direct sur WhatsApp sans passer par Booking pour une validation de la réservation par l'intermédiaire d'un lien. J'ai appelé Booking qui m'a déconseillé de le faire, conseil que j'ai suivi. Finalement arrivés sur place, on a été logés dans un bâtiment récent et très agréable.
