Chettinadu Mansion – An Authentic Heritage Palace

Its a very nice mansion with old world charm. The interior of hotel and rooms was great. It is in a small village so it has very quite true village atmosphere. They provide free bikes which we took to ride around the village. The food and dinner was excellent. We reached late but chef and staff waited until we reached and served us the full meal. Not rush.

There were mosquitos in courtyard and in central open area. So if you sat there, you had to deal with mosquito bites.

Lake of information regarding food, surrounding market, etc. Rather they should inform well in advance why we need to order for dinner I advance as there is no restaurents nearby

It was a privilege to stay in this delightful heritage palace. The room was well appointed and quiet. The candlelit dinner in the great hall was excellent.

It would have been good if there had been more western choices for breakfast, especially as most of the guests were European. Although the room was ensuite, access to the bathroom was a little difficult up a flight of steps.
