"I had a great time. Perfect place to stay for a couple of nights."

Had everything we needed and was nice and clean. Lovely rural setting. Comfortable beds. Would def visit again.

My only negative is that the towels were hard.

We loved this space so much, it was a lovely way to spend our evening and following morning after a hobbiton evening banquet. Would highly recommend to anyone else looking to find a very lovely space, with beautiful views not to be forgotten.

"Great stay in wonderful location for Hobbiton"

Beautiful house in a brilliant location. Close to Matamata, and also to Hobbiton (where we had come from). We only stayed for one night but it felt like real luxury. Enjoyed it a lot. Was beautifully clean and had everything we could possibly need.

Emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue incroyable.

Attention : il y a 3 chambres, donc théoriquement pour 6 personnes personnes. Mais 4 personnes est selon nous un maximum compte tenu qu il n'y a que 1 salle de douche et que le séjour n est pas équipé pour plus de 4 personnes.
