La Fattoria Dei Nonni

We had an absolutely wonderful time at La Fattoria dei Nonni. Angela and Francesca have created a beautiful place of peace and relaxation and are incredible hosts. We loved the delicious, generous breakfasts and evening meals, swimming and relaxing by the pool and admiring the stunning views of Etna. It is a good location for visits to Taormina, the beach and up to Etna.

Breakfast was impeccable. We really like our stay. Very good location. Rooms were very clean.

We stayed here because we needed a hotel after our flight was cancelled at Catania airport. Francisco was truly amazing, he couldn't do enough for us, greeting us at the gate, drinks, ice creams, fruit all brought by him during astoundingly hot weather. He and Angela made the most incredible meal for us on our first night with some of the best Sicilian food I have ever sampled. They made our stay truly memorable and we can't wait to go back. I cannot stress how amazing our stay was thanks to Francesco and Angela

The meal we ate at the property was outstanding. Be warned - it's huge so don't fill up on bread!

We loved everything. A beautiful combination of staying at a hotel, a B&B and someone’s home - a rustic feeling with professional yet personalised service. We had a beautiful airy room with a view over the countryside, more than enough space for our family of 5. The pool and surrounding area was beautiful with a view to Mt Etna. We were constantly surprised by the generosity and thoughtfulness of our hosts - bringing us little extras to enjoy by the pool - fruit, drinks, ice creams etc. Our kids didn’t want to leave and we enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed an extra day. Also the best food we’ve had in Sicily, both the generous breakfast and the beautiful dinners (we had dinner twice it was so good). We left feeling very spoiled and relaxed. This place is fantastic! Francesco and Angela took great care of us in every detail. The food was delicious and generous. This is the place to stay if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Excellent breakfast. The staff made it feel like home. The location was nice for us, but not everyone would want to be in the hilly countriside.

The awesome team made us feel welcome like long lost family. They are so generous and kind which is a very rare experience these days. They were always there to help and treated us with lovely fruit platters and drinks. An amazing holiday.
