It’s a castle in a great location

All good

The views are incredible. The staff are so friendly. Can't fault it's cleaning, especially how big it is.

The pillows weren't great. Yeah that's petty I know.

The carpet in our room was full of stains, the ceiling was stained, the headboard looked like it was from smoking was allowed in the rooms, wallpaper peeling off, cobwebs

The location and staff were amazing. The grounds of the castle were beautiful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

Everything is quite run down and the cleanliness wasn’t great. Lots of marks in the bathroom and big cobwebs. Lots of paint world is really chipped and corridors dark and not in good condition. Let’s the appeal of the location and outside of the castle down. The breakfast wasn’t great unfortunately.

Breakfast was good but always seem to run out quickly had to ask for eggs both days of stay but staff were very obliging with my request.

The view of the heaters on the flat roof top and bird waste on bathroom window. Plus a weird wooden door in the bathroom that the wind whistled through at night because of a gap.

Loved the property- full of history and charm.
