Lily Bank Cottage

La chambre est au calme sur les hauteurs de Nuwara.

La chambre était humide. Il faut prendre les transports pour se rendre dans le centre ville ou alors devoir remonter la côte pour revenir le soir.

L'espai és molt bonic i el personal molt agradable

El preu és una mica massa car. Està molt allunyat del centre i de difícil accés i l'habitació feia molta olor a humitats

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer und auch der Außenbereich war toll gestaltet

Leider keinen Haarföhn was bei den Temperaturen gut gewesen wäre für Frauen. Es war sehr kalt und Feuerholz für den Kamin gab es wenig und leider auch feuchtes Holz. Es hat das ganze Zimmer so verraucht das wir immer wieder lüften mussten sodass die Wärme wieder raus ging. Echt schade.

Had a nice “cottage feel” about the place, with a cosy room with a comfortable bed. The shower was also excellent.

The accommodation is quite far from the centre, which made it difficult for us at times to go into the centre. We possibly would have liked some more blankets on the bed, considering it gets pretty cold at night in Nuwara Eliya. The WiFi was also awful (but the WiFi tends to be bad across Sri Lanka in general). In addition, I found it hard to get in contact with the host for anything I needed.

Mooie, ruime kamers, heerlijk ontbijt, en een supervriendelijke eigenaar, die om 5 uur s ochtends koffie en een ontbijtpakket komt brengen voor onze vroege wandeling bij Horton's Plains. Het lijkt een enorme wandeling naar het centrum, maar binnendoor sta je binnen 15 minuten in het centrum.
