Sehr nahe zum Flughafen mit dem Taxi fährt man 5 min.

Es gab leider kein warmes Wasser. Die Zimmertüre kann man nicht zusperren.

Location is about the best thing going for this place, otherwise pay a bit extra and go elsewhere.

No one to answer the door, could only get in because a guest opened it, owner didn’t answer the phone or provide a combination code to use the master lock, No hot water, barely any running water, couldn’t shower, tv and internet not working, freezing cold. Just like something out of a nightmare.

This place is a scam, avoid booking even through booking.com. Both customer service from Booking.Com and Hazelwick are of no help.

We booked the Hazelwick property for 02–03 February, 2026 and selected a late check-in time (11:00 pm–12:00 am). I assumed that by accepting the booking with that time slot, the property agreed to accommodate our arrival. On arrival night, we informed the property of our location and arrival time. However, the reception had closed before 10:00 pm as they didn't call or send any update of how to enter the property and despite calling all listed phone numbers and knocking on the door, we received no response and could not access the property. As we were travelling with a baby, we had no choice but to leave and urgently arrange alternative accommodation late at night. We requested a full refund, but the property declined and has not responded to our messages. We escalated the issue to customer support, and they acknowledged our complaint under ticket ID 35444911 and said they would respond shortly but hasn't till date.

I was able to bring my dog

The property would hold the mains kept cutting out the shower didn’t work it was just very unprofessional my kids were terrified so I didn’t want to stay there again and it cost too much for the lack of nothing that you get my door didn’t even lock
