Shower was broken

Staying at Hazelwick was a pleasure for the entire family! The property boasts a big, beautiful garden and a great swimming pool. There is even children's swimming equipment! Staff were friendly and, more importantly, available at all times. Just to illustrate the extent, I needed to buy something urgently from the shop and the owner kindly gave me a lift - truly above and beyond!! Moreover, we love furry animals and loved the dogs at the property. Last but not least, there is plenty of bed linen and towels at your disposal, essential when travelling with children. Bottom line, we are very glad we chose Hazelwick and would happily return.

Nothing, they saw me coming and went inside...I came I called repeatedly but non attended to me...I ended up paying for accommodation somewhere else

stood outside for ages waiting to get in key code didn't work bed was so noisy and hard and uncomfortable door lock was broken so had to barricade door with suitcases to feel safer dogs in garden barking all night didn't sleep all night communication from host was so poor received message the day after check out

Joanne is a fab host non invasive and friendly, there was a friendly dog which the kids loved, the pool and hot tub were a massive hit with everyone.

The only thing I would say is the rooms r a little outdated due to it being an old house but Joanne fills it with colour flowers and pictures

Massive family room - with multiple beds. Had microwave, fridge, kettle , wifi- very good value for the money.

Kids were excited about the pool but didn’t get to use it. Cold water and covered in leaves. Maybe ask during booking if pool is available and ready to use.

Wasn't allowed entry, since the room was already rented out. 2 months later I've yet to see a refund.
