Hazelwick

Location - perfect for Gatwick airport, North and South. Bedding was lovely. Plenty of towels. Ample parking. Basic Sky TV. Quiet. Good communication prior to visit.

Shower would not work. Room was very cold when we got there but the owner did put the heating on, although it did take a while to heat up. You could feel every spring in the bed. No sink in the kitchen area so had to fill kettle in the sink with a cup!? Had to ask for a lock for the bedroom door. Lampshade was falling off the lamp and it didn't look safe. Couldn't get WiFi to work

Handy to Gatwick. Got the bus across and arrived late at night. Host was very helpful

Nothing… very irresponsible

The basic process is to an acess key before entering. There was no one in the home . No lights, No boards , No instructions. I couldn’t even get the no to reach the house owner. Managed to get the number from opposite property. When I called she picked and said the access code over the phone. After that I wanted to go outside to get some food and water , I was unable to go because I have no clue on the acess code. When I intimated the owner. they replied your ticket has raised please wait a moment. Even after check out I didn’t get the acess code. I the morning when I replied through booking on this behavior there was no proper reply. No food and water . This is a mansion house and door are not safe for the families anyone can come next to your room and stay . No CCTV. Pools in the image is fake it’s not working
