Cleavers Lyng 16th Century Country House

The breakfast was excellent and the house itself was lovely.

We were visiting a nearby vineyard so it was great to be within walking distance . Beautiful house and grounds ..there was an electrical problem in our lovely room so we were immediately moved to the four poster room which was really special . Sally was so helpful with really good communication beforehand. The room had everything you could possibly want , and beautifully luxurious bedding. Very quiet location Breakfast choices were the usual but with lots of added options,very good choices though we opted for poached eggs, which were perfect. Great little find ..now looking for an excuse to return

We thought it was perfect. Only one suggestion. Bedding was wonderful quality but duvet was most likely winter duvet as it was heavy. I'd love this in winter but it was a little too luxurious for summer. ( There was the option of just a top sheet but I like a summer duvet) . Just suggestion though, not a criticism

Everything was so good . There breakfast was out of this world . . The people were very nice . Also very clean .

There was nothing I did not like . . Would go there again .

Bed was too small for a tall person, so not a good night's sleep

Breakfast was delicious. Filling, tasty and hot. Bed was very comfortable. There was everything you needed.
