Great central location, with the whole town in short walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed!! Friendly staff and delicious breakfasts.

Would have loved a proper coffee maker in the room and possibly an iron?

great location in the centre of Rye, room was super cozy, clean and spacious, staff welcoming, breakfast excellent (and included in the price).

some noise between rooms and from the street- earplugs helpfully provided, we didn't mind. the mattress in the room was bowing somewhat in the middle

• Brilliant location for a short stay, everything on your doorstep • Staff were genuinely lovely & made the stay feel special • Spotless room & great amenities, had everything we needed for a short stay • Included breakfast was fantastic - any dish from the brunch menu, plus a hot drink & juice/smoothie • We had a birthday dinner in the restaurant & surprised us by taking the dessert off the bill and adding a candle - a charming touch :)

Nothing we didn't like, just a few of things to be mindful of: • Our room (Deco) faces the front, so you do hear some street noise because it’s a Grade II listed building, but there were earplugs provided in the room • For the same reasn, walls are a bit thin, though it didn’t bother us (as the rooms weren't all booked) • All four rooms are up flights of stairs, so not ideal for anyone with mobility or accessibility needs

Very good location in the high street. Breakfast was very good but best in mind it doesn’t start until 9 am

Bed could have been a bit more comfy
