The fig

Property is clean, modern, well designed and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful! It’s a central location so easy access to the station and everything in Rye.

Nothing - it doesn’t have a traditional reception, you just have to ask a member of staff in the restaurant but they were all very friendly and helpful.

Bed was a little bit small, but im being picky!

The staff and the facilities were excellent

Being able to listen to the conversations in the next room / toilet as the walls are not properly sound insulated.

The food is excellent and I love the seasonality of the dishes. The granola is especially delicious and the staff are so friendly. Plus they play a great selection of old skool reggae music. The bed was very comfortable and a nice touch to leave bottled water in the room. We’ve stayed at the Fig twice and highly recommend.

The lack of shelves or drawers in the area for hanging clothes - nowhere to put underwear or t-shirts.

Great service and great value for money with the room and breakfasts Great location right in the centre of Rye

The room was big and very clean with a lovely shower. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional and all had smiles on their faces. The breakfasts were top notch and filled you up to start your day right.

Nothing.

The staff were all really friendly and very accommodating about storing and accessing my bike in their rear yard. It is really well located on the main street, and the room I stayed in was neat and comfortable. The included breakfasts were delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicely decorated room, super central, good breakfast!

Room only, no lounge (which we knew!) and a walk to parking, can be quite noisy.
