It has character, very well designed enormous Room, loved the Breakfast, Breakfeast room and owners very attentive and kind.

Beautiful building. Gorgeous room. Very comfortable bed.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The B&B was easy to find with ample parking. we did not stay for breakfast but it smelled great

The bathroom was separate from the bedroom and although we had exclusive use the door did not lock. the bathroom door had frosted windows so although people weren't able to directly see in. It would be nice to have a curtain that could be drawn to cover the glass in the door

The room was lovely with ensuite bathroom and excellent shower. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast next morning was freshly cooked and delicious, cooked by the owner herself. A most enjoyable night's stay. Thank you.

Lovely breakfast and plenty of it. The full English was good quality food

Being picky. More coffee sachets in the room and possibly a bigger TV as the room was enormous but nothing to put me off staying again

The directions in booking.com are wrong so we had some trouble finding it.

Rural farmhouse location so very quiet. Lovely large room with 4 poster bed and intriguing en-suite. All very nice. Hosts were very welcoming. Cooked breakfast was good with loads of tea and toast. Definitely recommended if you like somewhere interesting and a bit different. Very convenient for Park & Ride in to Bath.

Lovely, charming property. The rooms were spacious and clean and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They checked us in early which was so helpful as we had travelled a fair distance and had a wedding to attend.
