Hosts are very welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. I didn't stay for breakfast as I had to leave early but looking at the choices.. amazing. They are very close to Melrose and Dryburgh Abbey.

The location was well suited to our journey north in Scotland providing a stop over. We stayed there on our return too. The family run business provided a high standard of accommodation, a friendly attentive service and an excellent breakfast.

The room shower had low pressure.

Very nice in every respect. Lovely welcoming hosts, nice comfy room, spotlessly clean and probably one of the best breakfasts in Scotland. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended
