"Really super"

Lovely owners - very friendly and accommodating. They couldnt do enough to help us and our young family and make us comfortable! Loved how well organised breakfast was.

Friendly hosts, excellent breakfast, bedroom compact but this and bathroom clean and in good order. Some traffic noise in room at front of house.

Traffic noise, but not a lot the hosts can do about this.

The owners were very helpful. Very good breakfast. Couldn't fault it really.

The room was very hot, but it was an exceptionally hot day and a fan had been installed to help cool it.

"Exceptional"

Lovely room , very clean. Breakfast was excellent and available early. They are about 30 mins away from Vogrie Parkrun so ideal for us. Then pubs in the village don't do food but the local take away has a great choice. We had our fish and chips in the park as the weather was lovely. The owners kindly offered to pop some plates and cutlery in the dining room for us so that would be a good option if the weather wasn't so good. There are places to eat within driving distance.

"Excellent"

Friendly owners, with two friendly dogs. Good breakfast. My room was small, but I had my own bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidy. There was plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits provided in the room. Earlston is a very pleasant town with several scenic vistas to view at a short drive away.

The staff were extremely friendly and very thoughtful! Accommodation was spotless and the breakfast was outstanding!! Would definitely stay again.
