The size of the room very nice people lovely breakfast.

It was a bit too far from Galashields we were attending a wedding there taxis to and from cost us a fortune

"HOMELY, PROFESSIONAL STAY AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE"

Immediately made it plain to me as a guest that they wanted me to have a comfortable experience. The facilities were explained immediately in a professional manner and it was explained how I could access home comforts. I was happily suprised at the compact but very new shower in the bathroom etc. I was allowed to park my car out of sight of the road in what appeared to be the family's private area.I really appreciated this.

The rain..but there again I was able to stay another night and rest properly for the first time in a very long time. The surrounding area was absolutely charming and the very local 24 hour Morrisons (with E5 petrol) was a big suprise.

Staff were extremely helpful. Accommodation was spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
