Excellent and secure parking. Lovely breakfast. Good location.Excellent hosts.

Small bedroom rather compromised for space.Not helped by too.much furniture. In particular, armchair obstructing access to wardrobe and chest at foot of bed. Mattress quite soft and found pillows (down)although good quality not good for neck .

An Absolute Gem! 5 Stars Isn't Enough! My recent stay at Little Redland was nothing short of perfection. From the moment I arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of timeless elegance and warm hospitality. The property itself is stunning—a beautifully preserved vintage home that feels both elegant and wonderfully quaint. Every corner is tastefully decorated, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Best of all, it was impeccably clean, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The grounds are a true delight. The beautiful garden is a peaceful sanctuary, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The heart of Little Redland, however, is its hospitality. The hosts are so welcoming and genuine, making you feel instantly at home and cared for without being intrusive. And then there's the breakfast… oh, the breakfast! It was truly to die for. Fresh, locally sourced, and expertly prepared, each morning we were treated to a culinary masterpiece that set us up perfectly for the day. Little Redland is a rare find. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone and will definitely be staying again. A 5-star plus rating, without a doubt!

Beautiful house, lovely stylish decor in keeping with style of property. Lovely spacious bedroom with amazing bathroom. Well kept garden and plenty of private parking. Everything thought of, sensational bathroom products, bathrobes, fluffy towels all perfect. Breakfast was outstanding, again individually catered for, fresh home cooked delicious great quality food. Nothing was too much bother. Hosts were attentive, friendly and professional.

Beste B&B wat we ooit hebben geboekt, alles klopt, het is een historisch pand maar ook echt alles is perfect onderhouden. Maar t belangrijkste is dat je in de watten wordt gelegd van begin tot eind. Anthony is een gastheer pur sang. Als je hem Iets vraagt reageert hij direct en komt met suggesties aanbevelingen. Kortom niet twijfelen direct boeken. De prijs is ook fair.

Everything from start to finish. Anthony and Siobhan were so friendly and helpful. They welcomed us and explained how to use car gate. The breakfast was delicious and there were so much choice. This was the best room we have ever stayed in. So clean and tidy. No expense was spared and the hosts paid so much attention to every detail in the room and during breakfast. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much.

Great location , easy access into Lincoln city centre. A stunning property which you can feel is lived by the hosts , who both are friendly and ensure you feel well looked after

Nothing to dislike. For me personally the mattress was on the too firm a side but that did not distract from how nice the facilities were

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night break staying at Little Redlands. Anthony and Siobhan have created a very warm welcoming house and their attention to detail is above and beyond. Our room No3 was perfect with a big bathroom. Breakfast was delicious (amazing selection which you order the night before). I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.
