Little Redlands B&B

Everything about this B &B was amazing. The room, the food and most of all Anthony and Siobhan who run it couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. I would certainly recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautiful house, inside and out. The attention to detail was exceptional, everything had been thought of. Spotlessly clean, tidy and very tastefully decorated and accessorised to a high standard. The owners are super friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We received a complimentary upgrade to the most beautiful Turret suite! The breakfast was amazing, such a great choice of very well cooked and presented food. Can highly recommend the in room Charcuterie board on arrival - super yummy! We will definitely be back here !!!

Loved everything!

The property is lovely, it is set in well maintained grounds with parking on site. It’s a 10 - 15 minute drive into the centre of Lincoln. The house has been finished to a very high standard and the room was exceptional, the bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom was stunning, modern but with original period features. The attention to detail was unprecedented and we wanted for nothing, everything had been thought of in advance and was there at your finger tips. The choice for breakfast rivalled the fanciest hotels, I have never seen such a list of options, it tasted delicious and was presented very nicely. The owners Siobhan and Anthony were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again and would highly recommend the B&b.

From pre arrival to departure, we were looked after and provided with clarity on evryhting from access to room details to brerakfast bookings. We were looked after without it ever feeling intrusive. Room great size and comfortable and had all the facilities needed.

This place truly exceeded our expectations and had everything that one needs from a B&B. You could see that so much thought has gone through in designing all the facilities and accessories in the room, processes around check-in, breakfast etc as well as communication with the guests. Anthony and his wife were great hosts and provided excellent service to us throughout our stay. The property is in immaculate condition with everything being of premium quality with no signs of cost cutting anywhere. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic . The room was large spotlessly clean, food first class. You will not find better. Well worth a visit.

Anthony & Siobhan were very friendly and welcoming, and looked after us very well. The breakfast had a large choice, so all tastes catered for. The room was large, clean and very comfortable.

There was an extensive form to fill in online every day for your breakfast choices, which would have benefited from a "Same as yesterday" option to simplify.
