The breakfast here would grace a table at the finest hotel..the home baked bread is wonderful.

I could not find a fault at all. Very, very pleased with our stay.

"Exceptional"

Immaculate home, exceptionally clean with a great eye for detail. Hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Superb breakfast and comfy bed.( I liked the pillows so much I have just ordered a pair.)

Breakfast was a real treat. Rooms were spacious and airy. Fan provided due to the extreme heat during our stay. Anthony and Siobhan were excellent hosts.

Road noise as windows were kept open at night due to heat.

Great choice for breakfast, everything was tasty, presentation and attention to detail was marvellous, we were treat like royalty . great security for parking with locked gate in private grounds. Ideal location.

Great location, immaculately presented inside and out , secure parking , easy bus link into Lincoln, superb hosts, excellent breakfast, staggering attention to detail. 5* experience.
