Spotlessly clean accommodation with spacious rooms for a comfortable stay. Lovely breakfast provided by host delivered to room in the morning. On site parking. Have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Found hot/cold water up and down at times.

We spent 3 nights in this lovely accomodation. Jo was a wonderful host and her breakfasts were exceptional. Barons Granary is full of fine touches making it first class accomodation. Great location for visiting all the local sites. Would love to stay again!

Nothing to dislike

Very clean, nice quiet rural location and fantastic breakfast cooked by host Jo!

Nothing.

We had a hallway leading to our beroom, bathroom and living room via a door separate to the main part of the house, so we had our own private space. The host was delightful. Breakfast was a mix of serials and a full English breakfast that filled us up for the day. I would look up returning should I be in that area again.

The only negatives were the ususal very narrow country lanes travelled to get to it and the lack of a power shower. The shower was one of those hoses built into the bathroom taps. It was fine, but the only niggle.

Jo is een fantastische gastvrouw die ons heel hartelijk ontving. Je krijgt hier niet alleen een kamer en badkamer maar ook een ruime hal en zitkamer met houtkachel en eettafel aan het raam. Het full English Breakfast wordt 's morgens door Jo op het gewenste tijdstip geserveerd. Fruit, yoghurt en ontbijtgranen zijn er ook. Barons Granary ligt te midden van de prachtige English countryside. Rye, het nabij gelegen historische stadje is absoluut een bezoek waard en je vindt er tal van restaurants, pubs en tearooms.

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful and full of little touches to make our stay special. Jo was a wonderful host! I would definitely recommend Barons Granary!

Jo was so welcoming and keen to ensure that we had a good stay. The accommodation was lovely and had everything you could ask for. We loved the peaceful rural location. It was a good base to explore Rye and the surrounding area.
