Beautiful accommodation, immaculate throughout..lots of thoughtful extras to make your stay more comfortable .. the breakfast was outstanding

Would have liked to be closer to the town but the countryside surrounding the farm more than made up for it… a real taste of the English countryside

The accommodation was immaculate and in an idyllic location just outside of Rye. Jo was warm and welcoming and her breakfasts were top notch. A really lovely experience all round. Thank you Jo and Ed for your exceptional hospitality.

Extraordinary and attentive landlady and fantastic breakfast at a tranquil cosy place somewhere in the middle of nowhere which is perfect for people who love calm places

Couldn't fault anything

The location was amazing, very spacious accommodation the host was so helpful and friendly the full English breakfast was very good sausage and bacon was excellent plus great selection cereal yogurt jam fruit just a perfect place to relax and unwind while still only a short drive from Rye and pubs and restaurants.

Everything was just perfect nothing to dislike at all!!

Everything was exceptionally clean, with the added attention to detail making for a very comfortable stay. Jo & family are fantastic hosts with nothing being too much trouble. Breakfast is one of the best we've had & we often found a little sweet treat on our return 'home'. We stayed when it was very hot & Jo even placed a jug of chilled lemon/mint water in the fridge for us. Property is in an idyllic location yet close to places of interest. If in that area again we would definitely stay here. You're doing a great job Jo, we wish you well in this venture. Highly recommended. Christine & Morrie
