Swan Cottage

Excellent stay at Swan Cottage. We couldn't have asked for more. The host was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. We were contacted before arrival to check our expected time and were warmly greeted when we arrived. Even the kettle was boiled and ready for us – such a thoughtful touch. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and fresh towels provided. The cottage is also wonderfully dog-friendly, which made Tate feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the local pub, which is less than a five-minute walk away. It was lovely to be able to leave the car behind and both enjoy a drink. Suzy kindly offered to book a table for us, which was much appreciated, although we didn't need to take her up on the offer. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, made with fresh ingredients and ordered the night before, which was another lovely touch. Every detail had clearly been thought about, and it made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend Swan Cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. The size of the room, and the bathroom facilities. The view was nice, and the room quiet allowing easy sleep

Our stay at Swan Cottage exceeded our expectations. The whole house and our room was lovely, the bathroom was very large, the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Suzy (and dog Pickle) were absolute highlights of our stay. We cannot recommend staying at this cottage more.

Excellent breakfast. Select your order the evening before. Supremely comfortable accommodation. Stunning location in a lovely village. Very friendly host who was most helpful and advised regarding best places to eat.

Comfortable accommodation owner exceptionally lovely lady very quiet area good nights sleep in a big comfy bed. What's not to like.
