Bryn Mair Gardens

It's such a lovely place to stay,only stayed one night. They have a beautiful garden,amazing views and breakfast was delicious as well. Hosts were lovely, we had coffee and chocolates in our room, milk for tea or coffee in a small fridge just outside the door.

I enjoyed the whole experience, I only booked it at the last minute and what a treat!

Very enjoyable stay at a lovely property in a quiet residential area above Dolgellau just a short walk from the centre. Chris and Louise gave us a very warm welcome and the thoughtfully appointed room was delightful, as was the beautiful garden with views over the town. A very good breakfast was provided with a range of options and the homemade Shakshuka is recommended. We were only passing through the area but would happily come back for a longer stay.

Nothing at all - as other guests have mentioned access is via narrow roads but clear directions were provided so not a problem.

Quiet location on the hillside. Lounge with a view. Town centre is only a short walk away. Sustainability slant.

The narrow lanes in this part of town have high walls and are perhaps best suited to daytime arrivals and departures in case you need to reverse.

Helemaal niets

The host was wonderful, very welcoming and attentive. The house was cozy and charming with a wonderfully spacious bedroom and bathroom. Exceptional view of garden and town. Great place to relax after a day wandering in Snowdonia. The breakfast was fabulous - spicy, well seasoned shakshuka. Highly recommend!! Thank you Chris and Louise.

We were offered a wide selection of vegetarian breakfast options in a delightful drawing room complete with a view of the surrounding countryside.

The place was lovely and the view to wake up to was spectacular!

Nothing, it was perfect

Breakfast was ordered the evening before and freshly cooked as we entered the dining room. Very good breakfast and piping hot. Fruit juice, cereal, toast , tea and coffee readily available.

Narrow lanes to reach the house which was up an incline. No other negatives.
