Breakfasts were very good with excellent personal service from Chris. Coffee bags in the room were a nice touch. Parking was very convenient once access was achieved! I loved hearing about the life and community of Dolgellau

Location - vehicular access was traumatic. Nothing that can be done about it though. Steep lanes were too difficult for Liz, who has mobility issues. Room was initially cold but soon warmed up with radiator. There's a structural issue of course - windows are not double glazed due to planning restrictions. Is secondary glazing possible?

Beautiful property, gorgeous location/views, with luxurious furnishings/finishes, very comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Excellent breakfast served in bright room with exceptional views. Wonderful hosts who made us feel completely at home and welcome.

The outrageously narrow streets to get to it! But detailed instructions including pictures made it as easy as possible, and it was fine after the first time.

Beautiful room with amazing views. Chris the host could not have been more welcoming..Great breakfast which set us up for the day. Easy walking distance to the town. Extra touches like fresh milk and robes were really appreciated. We would definitely stay again

A bit doubtful about the private bathroom across the landing on arrival which would have deterred me from booking if I had known in advance but it wasn't a problem.

Lovely view over town and tasty breakfast. Nice touch providing dressing gowns to cross the landing for the bathroom.

More milk and tea bags in the room.

A very friendly welcome, from Chris the owner. The house is beautiful and overlooks the town of Dolgellau. The room was cosy, the bed was probably one of the best I've slept on. The breakfast was freshly cooked and a good size, in a very nice dining area. Chris, who served breakfast was again very attentive and very friendly. I'd certainly recommend it to family and friends.

My only negative critique is that the roads leading up to the house are very narrow. But that's not the fault of the owners, if you have a big car just be wary.
