Clean and comfortable ..but cold in the later afternoon in roo... unable to turn radiator on. TV was on when we returned after our evening meal out! Also turned on 8n middle of the night! Yes scary! Good breakfast light of full..

Very pretty location in a village close to Hickling Broad

Spacious room, decorated in a modern style, lots of storage if required, hangers provided in the wardrobe, full length mirror as well as a vanity mirror, great wifi, toiletries and towels provided as well as a hairdryer and a fan for the summer. Kettle provided with a selection of tea, hot chocolate, coffee and biscuits. En-suite was fit for purpose. Taxi and the local pub business card also provided. Plenty of plug sockets and by the bed too!

Mattress is in need of replacing and the parking is tight! Would be helpful for booking.com to share information in advance on how to check in and out and for the information about which entrance to use and where to go for breakfast (and if booking through this site only a light breakfast is included) to also be written down in the room for neurodivergent guests who take time to process lots of information to have as a reference point.

Location was good for our visit to The Old Vicarage Garden in Norfolk.

Disappointed that the breakfast offered in the price paid did not include a cooked course.
