Rooms were excellent.. top class Great location snd helpful and friendly staff . Air con was a plus in this heatwave!

Location was excellent. Room spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Food was amazing. Service was good. Perfect for a short stay.

Russell's is very centrally located on the high street minutes away from all attractions. The breakfast was very good. We booked the suite and it was better than my expectations. The bathroom was really spacious too. A bit pricey though.

There can be more drinking water bottles in the room. I Would appreciate if you could provide slippers also.

The breakfast was very good, great location, lovely staff & spacious comfortable room.

Our room lock was changed on our second day from a key to a card unit. This wasn't an issue in itself but it appeared someone had forgotten to clear up after the work was carried out. There was sawdust on the bedside unit & on the floor. But that was the only thing we didn't like!

The restaurant is very meaty. We ate dinner somewhere else
