"The Russell at Broadway"

Lovely boutique hotel, very clean room, spacious, with nice bathroom and friendly staff.

As I was on the ground floor, I could hear noise from the restaurant and rooms above which quietened down later on. Also, there was a network and WiFi outage in my room which was a slight inconvenience. The breakfast was very tasty but rather limited menu, it could benefit from some fresh fruit or pastries for example.

Great location, lovely room, lovely breakfast

Lady not very friendly at reception a warm welcome with a smile could help, pillows too soft like sleeping on candy floss
