The quiet friendliness of the farm,,I took time out to recoup after a long hospital stay,,and it was the perfect choice

Very impressed by the room we had over New Year. The farm is about 10 minutes drive north of Keswick but remote enough to be quiet - Even with it being next to the road, we heard no traffic noise at all. The view from the room across the lake and beyond to the mountains was beautiful. The room was perfect for what we needed, very clean, good facilities (shower etc) and very cosy. I had a walk up to the pods at the top of the hill one morning and they also looked very nice - I mentioned to my partner that we'd be back to stay in them during spring/summer. The location is perfect for the Northern and Western fells as well as Keswick visits. I had a quick chat with a couple of the staff members on the final morning and they were more than pleasant. I really cannot fault this place.

Zeer sfeervol kamers en zeer veel comfort en ook zeer rustig , geen enkel lawai van buuren of iets anders. De info die de eigengaars gaf over locale restaurants en bezienswaardigheden was zeer goed.
