"A lovey place to stay in a great location, and a breakfast that sets you up"

Robertson was a great host, engaging as he provided an excellent breakfast. He was able to share local knowledge and views and suggestions of things to do, including some that were more. out of the way He is a great advocate for the region. A super range of choices for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay - the building is of its time.

"Very enjoyable very comfortable and location superb"

Excellent host in Robertson, very knowledgeable about the town and sourounding area. Good breakfast with gluten free saisages and bread provided, very quite room and only 150 metres from station. Town only a 10 minute walk in either direction. Would stay there again

Roberstson, our host, is very nice and accommodating. He served us a delicious Scottish breakfast every morning. The rooms were large, very clean and efficiently furnished. The town centre is a 5 minute walk away. We would love to come back. Whenever you are in Dumfries, stay there!

"Absolutely fine"

Friendly warm welcome. Bed comfy. Handy for Dumfries centre.

No dedicated Parking but parking allowed on side street with permit supplied by Robertson.
