Fantastic breakfast. Excellent location - attended a wedding at Henham but also ventured to the beach as it was only a short drive away. Quad room was excellent and roomy. Bathroom was really large and super clean. Excellent stay.

Well cooked breakfast. A few choices on the menu.

Signage, as it's on an estate and easy to miss turning off main road especially in the dark. Sat Nav correct.

Beautiful property and lovely room . Extremely spacious and comfortable .. had (almost) everything we needed . The folks running it were very welcoming and friendly , yet also very unobtrusive . Excellent place and excellently run !

Our room had a bath but no shower ,, which made life a little difficult . Hand held shower in the bath was available but not perfect
