The Swann is a wonderful place to stay it exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Amazing value for money!!!! Great atmosphere, Pieminster pies and so good to hear proper music in the bar. Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Cream, Led Zepplin all played at a sane volume. Perfect

Everything was perfect can't wait to go back!

To be hosted by someone so vegan-aware was a real pleasure. Steph went out of her way to make us feel welcome and well catered for - much appreciated. Also, lovely room with a huge comfortable bed. Great location for walking the Wye Valley Way in this beautiful part of the country.

A nice warm welcome. The room and bathroom were large and spotless. A supers shower and nice toiletries.

Our room & bathroom were cold. We brought this to the owners attention & the bathroom radiator heated up that evening but was stone cold in the morning. Not much fun when you get out of a hot shower! We had to plug in a pretty useless heater in our room to get any warmth at all. We sat in the evening with our coats on in our room! We told the owner in the morning again about the lack of heat & the response was it wasn't finacially viable to put the heat on when only 1 of the 4 rooms were booked out!! We knew breakfast was a buffet, (no cooked) & we actually prefer that to a cooked one. However we had to boil the kettle, open sachets to make our coffee, make our own toast. We had expected a pot of coffee & toast to be served & not be jumping up & down making it. We chose the Letton because we had seen It On Four In A Bed & it looked exactly what we like. Perhaps the change of ownership had let it down. Would we stay here again? A big fat No. (per programme scoring)

Had a lovely over night stay here. The rooms have recently been fully refurbished to a very high standard. Unfortunately the restaurant is currently only open Thursday to Sunday so we were unable to sample the food. The hoists Stephanie & Gary catered for our dietary needs (gluten free) for breakfast and also offered us an early check in to allow us to attend a local function.
