Great location in Brecon . Free parking a little tight as you pull in wouldn’t want to be in a camper van or big van

Could do with better curtains in bedroom very light early in morning.

Excellent location for all amenities and town centre. Nice walks from cottage. Parking on site. Plenty of choice of breakfast options in cottage along with milk, bread and orange juice. Very quiet . Would return if in the area

Apartment clean and fairly spacious. Fair price given the number of events on nearby and relatively late booking.

Turning for carpark not well signposted. Breakfast consisted of cereal boxes, oj, bread, and jam left in the room, not b&b style breakfast (which is fine, but wouldn't advertise as 'breakfast included'). Noise until around midnight from the pub. Shower head and screen need cleaning with a bit of elbow grease! Beds could do with new mattresses or a decent topper.

The weak points as I'm sure you know are the sofa, and the downstairs TV. The back of the sofa will not stay upright and has to be wedged against the stairs. The downstairs TV picture quality is very poor, and can't receive any BBC channels. The parking is very tight but manageable.

Mattress was very poor, could feel the springs. A memory foam topper would improve no end.

The Center is a short walk away. We had our own parking spot.

Great location. Handy to have fridge, microwave and toaster.

Sofa bed in lounge area was bit flimsy for sitting on.
