Location and staff lovely

No hot water but made do with the shower being hot

Facilities where excellent nice and clean Breakfast included great location and great price

sofa downstairs had problems locking so we supported it and where able to use it so we worked around the issue

Very quiet, yet very near town and nature walks. Aldi around the corner. Beds very comfy and covers not too hot.Two toilets. Basic food there on arrival. Various busses go to Brecon. Brecon is a small historic town.

Basic but lovely little cottage . Milk(full 4 pints semi skimmed in fridge), full sized carton of orange juice, tea, coffee, butter, jams, cereals for breakfast. GF bread and cereals supplied by Gareth. Microwave there if needed, also toaster and kettle. Bed comfy. 2 singles in ours. Pillows perfect for me. Toilet in bathroom and also downstairs. Shampoo and shower gel in bathroom and plenty of hand wash. Sofa bed and fold up bed downstairs would make it ideal for a family or friends to stay. If weather is very hot (on the few odd days of the year ) I would take a fan for upstairs (though there may be one available if asked-we didn’t need one but the weather wasn’t hot when we stayed. Location excellent-supermarket next door and just 5 minute walk to centre of Brecon and restaurants along the way. Pub few steps away through the car park with reasonable prices, friendly staff and locals and an excellent jukebox. Close to amenities and sightseeing spots in Brecon. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay if visiting Brecon and area.

The turn into the car park was really tight but car park itself had enough room for turning and parking.

Lovely little cottage, with everything you need, comfy beds. All bed linen towels etc. Breakfast ingredients supplied. Walking distance 5 mins to town centre. Gareth, landlord very helpful .loved our stay. Thank you 😊
