The Halfway House Pub and Kitchen

The staff in this pub were very friendly and extremely helpful. Always smiling and welcoming.

The property is slightly down at heal and could do with a refresh, deep clean etc

Breakfast is excellent, all of the staff are really nice and so helpful!

Due to information provided by Booking.com: We booked a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The description also listed a fridge. Upon arrival we were informed by the accommodation that they had no rooms with a Double and Single bed, and that non of their rooms had a fridge! The accommodation offered us an additional single room with a single bed, which we accepted. This did mean however, that we had separate rooms, and this was not what we had booked! The earliest breakfast time was 9am, this was too late for us, and by the time breakfast had been cooked and eaten, we were way behind on our planned itinerary for the day!
