"Overpriced and"

Breakfast was very nice

Difficult to find location - called a few times en route but no answer. Too noisy - had to have window open as so hot but traffic very loud. Room was supposed to be a quadruple but only had a double and a single bed. Room needed a good renovation. The mattress was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs. Didn't think it was good value for money and won't be staying again.

"Don’t judge when you first arrive, the exterior may not be great but the rooms are lovely"

We stayed in the family room. It was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The room had all the amenities you need. All the staff were lovely and very helpful

Parking was quite limited, the pubs car park was very small

The extractor fan from the kitchen was running all night which was a little annoying.
