No. 26

周りが静か、スタッフが親切。参考になる地図や、本がある。朝食用に部屋の冷蔵庫に、たくさんのイチゴや、ブルーベリー、メロン、牛乳、ヨーグルト、水がはいっていて、その横には、シリアルが何種類もたくさんあり、机の上には、紅茶や、コーヒー、砂糖2種、りんご、バナナ、みかんが置いてあり、ポットもあって、嬉しかった。 可愛いインテリアで、部屋の中は、新しい感じ。窓からは、綺麗な緑の公園が見える。

周りに観光地がない。

Very convenient for a visit to Wells. Very helpful owners who made sure that the temporary road works didn’t affect us. We were kindly driven into Wells to go to a restaurant in the evening and collected later on, due to the road works.

It worked for us at short notice.

No.26 was just what we needed for our first stop after overseas flights. It was very easy to find with great parking for our car. Julie met us at the door with everything needed to quickly get us to an afternoon nap. The room was at back of house for a very quiet experience (during week there might be some noise from temporary neighborhood construction, but it was dead silent evenings and all night. She had breakfast options in the room with a small fridge. Kettle and other drink options satisfied all our needs. It is fifteen minute walk to middle of tourist Wells or an easy drive into one of the city parking lots. We were very satisfied with everything and would definitely stay again.

It didn't affect us, but with no A/C in room, it might be warm on a really hot summer day. There are steps up to the room.

Breakfast was in the room, ideal for me as I was on a work trip.

A lovely B&B in a convenient location. Julie was very welcoming. The room was comfortable with a good breakfast selection. The fresh berries in the mini fridge were a nice touch. I would recommend No. 26 and would definitely stay there again.

A little hard to find but this was mainly the fault of the Audi GPS!

Julie is friendly, helpful, accommodating, and you’d be hard pushed to find anyone more knowledgeable about Wells than her. She certainly “walked the extra mile” to cater for my gluten-free needs, which I very much appreciated. A small fridge held a generous selection of yoghurts, fresh fruit, and orange juice for breakfast, and fresh milk. Great idea to be able to choose when to have breakfast! A most enjoyable 3-night stay.
