Julie, my host, was thoughtful, efficient and kind. The fridge was wellstocked, including fresh milk and fruit daily, and the toiletries were nice. Safe, on-site parking was very welcome.

Very attractive room with a good ensuite. A good plentiful breakfast of cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc was provided in the room. Good coffee too. Host was lovely and very helpful and you could tell she cared about making it a comfortable stay.

Not a huge room but perfectly fine and designed well. It had everything you could need.

Perfect location, lovely breakfast selection, spotlessly clean.. Julie was very welcoming and friendly & happy to pass on tips & local knowledge.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good in that it was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the centre of Wells.

Directions could perhaps be improved but it was solved with one phone call.

Julie is a lovely host. Always a warm welcome. Warm welcoming room , lovely hot shower. Parking at no extra charges ( premier inn charges for parking !). Easy walk to the town. Breakfast is a selection of fresh fruits cereals yoghurts porridge etc all ready in the room in a fridge so convenient
