Perfect position for walking into Wells. Self contained room with en suite and thoughtful little extras. Parking spot was much appreciated. Julie was extremely helpful and friendly

Only 15 minutes walk from the centre of the city. The breakfast was fine for us although mostly was in the fridge in the room.

Location with the parking was very good for us! Having the back garden for our picnic dinner was a treat. Room was so pretty! Happy to have found twin bed room. Julie couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. And the in-room breakfast was 5 star.....!!!!!!
