Very warm welcome from Neil, rooms lovely and clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend anyone needing to stay over in Boston give this place a go.

"Very enjoyable and friendly stay and wouldn't hesitate to use again if staying in the area."

The owners were very friendly and welcoming, with useful advice on places around (cafes fror breakfast etc). Location spot on - 2 minute walk into town and also only a few minutes walk to the Gliderdrome where we were going to a festival.

The outcome of the football matches on Friday and Saturday nights !! Nothing really. Stayed 2 nights, spot on all round.

What an awesome nights stay. I needed a room close to the Gliderdome for Dogfest and its location was perfect. I had a great nights sleep, the end was very comfy and the host was really friendly. When I got back, well oiled, there was karaoke on downstairs but once I put the TV on I fell asleep. Really great place to stay and would highly recommend

Great location for the Gliderdrome, and easy to access rooms above the pub. Michelle is a great host, room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed for a short stay.

Wasn’t a problem for me, but you are above a pub which can be loud in the evening.

Didnt serve breakfast, but overall we were very well looked after. Our bikes were securely stored on the premises, and we were able to enjoy a free pint courtesy of Michelle! The room was as expected - relatively small but for the money, great value. Importantly the room was quiet, cool, a very nice bathroom/shower room, and the bed was comfy and the linen immaculate. All in all, nothing not to like.

"Superb"

Was a really lovely clean modern and well appointed room. Bed was really comfy and coffee making equipment was really well stocked. Staff were efficient and very helpful. Location was ideal for town centre and parking outside was easy at reasonable cost.
