Pleasant and helpful staff.nothing was a problem,Easy to come and go as you liked. Easy parking( cheap car park within 50 metres. Close to hospital and town centre

Bit of noise from boy racer outside but still enjoyed my sleep.

I arrived late and left early as was in town for the Boston marathon, but the owners couldn't have been more welcoming. Room was nice, didn't hear any sounds from the street/pub below, and the owners very kindly let me store my gear and come back for a shower after the marathon which given the terrible weather was an absolute lifesaver.

Nothing, it was cheap, clean and had all that I needed. It's by no means a 5 star hotel and doesn't pretend to be, but it was ideal for my needs.

Stayed in Boston for the Marathon. Undoubtedly the best thing done by the owners was to keep bedrooms available on the day of the race to allow everyone to have a shower and refresh after the Marathon. That helped so much after the event. The room was very clean and comfortable and spacious enough for one night. The Tavern is located just a 2 minute walk to the start of the Marathon event. For your pre-race dinner, go to the wonderful Thai restaurant across the road called Taan Thai. Perfect for fuelling up with a tasty and nutritious meal.

The size of the shower gel was quite small. There was only one tube in the bathroom. No breakfast available on the morning of the race day, but there are plenty of small shops around to buy something to eat and fuel up for the race.
