"Very welcoming accomodation."

Room was comfortable and the welcome was exceptional. I particularly appreciated the arrangements post marathon - it was great to be allowed to come back to shower (and warm up!).

Some minor issues with maintenance of bathroom towel rail but hardly a big deal.

Perfect location 2 minute walk from the Marathon start line, and a 5 min walk from the finish. Great hosts, lovely clean room and comfy bed. Very good price also. There is also parking right outside the hotel (not owned by the hotel) which is only £3 for 24 hours so very convenient. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Boston.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, if I was nit picking I'd say could've done with a hairdryer and iron but wasn't a major issue at all.

Room only - No breakfast. Location good, only 5 minutes walk to town centre and cafes.

Breakfast would have been nice, but I was told up front room only. Only a few minutes walk to cafes that sold breakfast.

Everything other than the shower temp being too hot. Everything was clean, spotless, beds comfortable and quiet. Great location for our stay. Can't wait to stay again! ☺️

Temp on shower couldn't turn it down, bath however was lovely. As a suggestion maybe some decaf tea and coffee.
