The location was very quiet which was great. The breakfast was exceptional. The room was comfortable - The bed too. Very welcoming hosts.

The breakfast was good, but there was limited space and the chairs were uncomfortable.

There was minimal contact with the host. No friendly conversation, just brief and rather abrupt interactions.

Very friendly hosts, who made me feel welcome immediately. The accommodation is nearly a mile out of Oakham town centre, which I knew beforehand. Plenty of on street parking immediately outside. Excellent breakfast brought to the room and if weather good you can eat outside in the spacious courtyard garden, which I did. A perfect non hotel feel, which I would go for every time.

Nothing. It was a perfect stay.
