Great accommodation with a very helpful hosts. Highlights included a fantastic breakfast and the bed linen was lovely. Excellent location and our host gave us good information about where to go to get the most out of the town.

Lovely little hotel, easy parking, easy self check in. Huge room and bed! Very quiet and peaceful. We had a great nights sleep. There was a good fan in the room which was helpful in an unexpected May heatwave! The owners were so friendly. They (and their cats, to my son’s delight) greeted us after we came back from dinner. Great value for money. Lovely breakfast too.

Honestly it was just perfect for what we needed.

I had a classic car on a trailer and needed of road parking,the owner moved his own car so that i could park my car and trailer on the driveway Loved the house and the gardens,a short walk into the town I would recommend this place to anyone

We liked the location, bike storage and lovely breakfast. The room was clean,comfortable and had facilities to make our own refreshments.

The room was a little cramped.

A good base for touring the north Norfolk coast and National Trusts in the area. Kings Lynn is also an interesting town with plenty of history. The property is private and peaceful.

Carpark security light shining into the room all night long through the gaps around the window blinds. Toilet macerator grinding away every 15 minutes all night long. Otherwise we might have slept well and it would have been close to perfect.
