A warm welcome. A beautiful bedroom.

Toilet was a tight squeeze for some people. I was promised a text with the code for the outside door, I did send a message but did not receive it

Great location with off road parking, very handy for exploring local area. Emma was very friendy on arrival and showed us to our room. Guests have freedom to come & go as they please, via side access. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, very close to ‘the walks’ park, which is beautiful. Good sized quiet room with large comfy bed. Super freshly cooked breakfast by very friendly host.

Perfect location, 10 minutes into town walking through lovely park. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was faultless, perfectly cooked to order by a friendly helpful lady, plenty of menu choices too. Very quiet at night , gave way to a peaceful undisturbed sleep.

Parking a little limited, but we did get a spot out the front of property Apart from this , everything else made a perfect stay.

I loved my stay here, they are really nice and helpful...parking is a bit tight but ample on the road just outside

The only thing was the uncomfortable bed in the room downstairs and I didn’t get any sleep! Lumpy mattress
