Well located central to village, beautiful house and decoration, friendly, communicative host, fantastic breakfast, comfortable room

Pub recommended by host turned out to be rather expensive, but that is mainly our fault - we could have done our research better.

A warm welcome from Sarah, the most thoughtful host you could wish for. Beautiful surroundings with a comfortable well appointed room. Nice area with good food at the Jaffran indian restaurant. Red Lion pub nearby. Sarah provided delicious cooked breakfast, with characteristic care and attention. Like staying with a family friend🙂

Beautiful house and gardens. Fabulous breakfast. Welcomed with tea and home made cake. Sarah was a wonderful host with lots of top tips about places to go and things to do.

Sarah the host was incredibly helpful. The room was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable , bathroom clean and shower was great. Breakfast was lovely and Sarah was provided well for gluten free. We'd definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful country house in a perfect situation for all transport links. Excellent restaurants and cafes nearby. Very close to Freshwater town centre.

Fabulous bed! in a large comfortable, well-decorated bedroom - a beautiful house, lovely en-suite shower etc. Delightful hostess who made me very welcome, took an interest in my stay and pointed out various activities which suited me and my visit!
