Great breakfast, delivered by a lovely host. The estate looks amazing. Comfy beds.

Unfortunately the water didn't work properly, and the location is quite remote from dinner places or (hiking) activities

Like many other reviews it’s hard to quantify this place. It’s a once grand house, showing its age yet very quirky and that is in many ways its charm. It is slightly surreal staying there and meeting the owner who lives there with his family and who is very engaging.

It is in need of some TLC, and it is a drive rather than walk to get in to the village

No running water , run down facilities , breakfast was poor and the driveway is ridiculous with holes and mud for a surface.

We had such an enjoyable one night stay filled with music and merriment. The rooms are spacious and beautifully set and the hosts and staff were lovely. With marvelous Torridon as a backdrop it was a wonderful time

Room was a good size but the breakfast was a little strange.

Quirky and very interesting, also clean and comfortable. Lovely setting.

Perhaps the breakfast could have been better.

Loved this place...huge mansion type building in amazing grounds with old fashioned rooms...Felix was an amazing host...even got a welcome from the horses...fantastic big breakfast table that all the guests sat around so that encouraged guests to conversewith each other, a pleasant change. Lovely breakfast too...
