Lovely old house, great location for views

Could hear ever cough, conversation, door close. No carpets so sound carried. No choice for breakfast. No water pressure for shower.

Was such a cool place to stay and loverly family and really nice breakfast

This cottage had outstanding views, nearly 180 degrees. The accommodation was lovely, the kitchen well fitted out with a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. We had this cottage for 3 nights and on our arrival the cottage was a little cold but not for long as the log fire went on straight away. It is so peaceful and quiet, just perfect. The master bed is up stairs and I had my ‘Princess and the pea’ moment! The bath tub also up here and is enormous! But the views are just stunning. Our stay was very pleasant and our base was very useful to visit local points of interest.

It was everything we needed. Had been before, was our second stay. Hot tub is magic

The bridge to the property is pretty steep for my low car (grounded on fist go) - but was fine if all the passengers got out and walked across

Slightly more remote than first thought, however we enjoyed this a lot and was a great reset in amongst our nc500 trip. Log burner was appreciated (and the sofa was huge!). Didn’t use the hot tub due to midges on eves we were there. Would happily return. Thank you.

Das alte Haus hat Charakter und Potential. Die abgeschiedene Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Hirsche kamen sogar bis fast zum Haus. Das Frühstück einfach aber gut.

Man erblickt leider im Haus und auch rundherum Unordnung. Unnötiges Gerümpel und Verpackungsmaterialien im Empfangsbereich. Das müsste nicht sein und wäre ohne großen Aufwand schnell beseitigt.

Breakfast was very disappointing. For a Scottish experience, there was no traditional breakfast.
