Breakfast was fine with cooked available. The narrow lane to the property was troublesome on occasions as there were limited passing points requiring reversal when meeting other vehicles especially farm tractors and trailers.

The narrow stairs. Fortunately even though we are close to 80 years old we were able to climb them. Anyone with a disability or limited movement would probably find them difficult. Is this limited access issue mentioned in the advertisement?

This exceptionally beautifully furnished B&B is a perfect place to explore nearby Dartmoor. We loved the cosy and quiet atmosphere and the garden in front of the house. Very kind host who gave us useful recommendations and even served us a small dinner when we arrived too late for the local pub…

It's a chocolate box house. Beautiful. Birds everywhere which I love.

1st day breakfast ok 2nd day not so much I don't like to complain as she isn't a hotel chain! But seemed a little bit too much trouble and I felt we were in the way. Long near 2 mile lane to get there which obviously isn't her fault but I found it a trial getting in and out. Very qaint and beautiful but I felt like I was imposing

Fantastic place to stay in a rural location just 25 minutes drive from Exeter. Lovely hoasts and stunning breakfast. I would highly recommend.
