Penny and Paul were delightful hosts, we had a lovely room and a delicious breakfast. We are regular visitors to Exeter and Brook Farmhouse will now be first on our list. we can’t wait to return.

Penny was a delight, her breakfast was lovely. room very comfortable, clean with every facility!
The location was very remote and peaceful, however the lanes were a little tiring but that is Devon for you!
