The view of Dartmouth spread out below was stunning, the hike up and down to the town good exercise! The breakfasts were wonderful, a very lovely home with wonderful hosts that were very helpful on places to visit and excursion advice.

The bed was a bit soft and with a slight dip, okay but would recommend an upgrade soon. Finding the place was challenging and the parking is tight but we parked and didn’t need to drive again for the next few days,

Fantastic views across Dartmouth hills and to the harbour. I had my own lovely wrap around balcony. The property was beautifully furnished and Ann and her husband were so friendly and great hosts. The breakfast was delicious.

Nothing. However just to note, it is up a very steep hill if you are on foot, so not suitable for those with walking disabilities or wheelchair users.

The breakfast on the terrace overlooking Dartmouth a particular highlight.

Beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean. We were given a no charge upgrade to our room, which gave us more outside space with comfortable seating and tables. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. Large bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The views from all rooms are outstanding.

Limited on-site parking, which did not affect us and road parking is available near to the premises.

Lovely raised scenic views over Dartmouth and the distant steam railway. Totally clean and spacious.

Narrow roads but very scenic to walk down.

Lovely room with a beautiful view of Dartmouth with the verandah for a sunny breakfast which was particularly nice. Very comfortable bed, nicely decorated room with teas, water etc. Bathroom was very big as was the shower cubicle. Ann and Brendan were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating of our late arrival. Location is great as it’s in walking distance of the town by about 7-8 minutes but there’s plenty of free parking on the road which is hard to find in Dartmouth!

Bedroom was small and cramped, trying to park at property shredded my nerves.

The property has an exceptional view over the surrounding area and the balconies are ideally placed to soak up the sun. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast choices are wide ranging and well thought out. Everything is spotless and immaculate. The Wi-Fi is excellent.

We were glad to have a small car. Reversing into the parking space is very tight.
